Welcome back to The White Lotus, a show about deeply mediocre people (I feel like Succession set a really subterranean bar for terribleness so I had to walk it up a little). We’re just missing Michelle Monaghan; otherwise, the gang’s pretty much all here, ready to wreak havoc on Thailand. I assume Parker Posey will be in the quirky Jennifer Coolidge mold, with Michelle Monaghan, Carrie Coon, and Leslie Bibb filling Connie Britton’s Rich, Privileged, and Oblivious shoes. Soon we’ll know. In the meantime, Parker looks only MILDLY notedly kooky, but it’s enough.
