Of all the people tabbed to take over legacy brands, I think Wes Gordon may have done the best job. He manages to play around without ever forgetting the Carolina Herrera DNA and core customer. This is not a brand that needs to reinvent any wheels. Ergo, some of these are very simple, some efficiently boring (hey, everyone has customers that just want a suit for their charity board luncheons), and some are dreamy and floral and elegant. Just as it should be.
