A caveat: The art direction of the lookbook for this collection is slightly wacky to me. We don’t need to reinvent the wheel here, and especially not with Roland Mouret, whose offerings are generally relaxingly reasonable — and VERY sell-able. Let the rich ladies and formal wear buyers just look at your gown! Anyway, if I were shopping for, say, an American senator or the senior member of a fancy philanthropic organization or a conservative (non-political definition) actress, I’d be looking very closely here.
