For reverence! This was not worn to a Billy Joel concert or Billy Joel’s birthday party or the opening of The Billy Joel Museum or something. It was worn to the “1990 Scenery-Greenery Celebrity Cocktail Party to Benefit the Montauk Village Association,” and honestly, I kinda hope she drags it out and wears it to the 2023 version of same. Who cares if they’re not married anymore? This thing is classic.
