This whole thing is quite cool — she looks like a boss, and a very stylish one — but the most perfect part for me are those red shoes, peeking out from the underneath of those perfect-length pants. The whole thing is smart but the pop of red really takes it to the next level of Cool Competent Boss Chic. I’d say I’m not sure why I don’t look like this when I’m going about my own business, but I’m fairly sure it’s because I (a) am not Olivia Wilde and (b) I instead chose to wear purple owl-covered flannel PJ pants today.
