My new theory is that Olivia Culpo is the Rita Ora of Summer 2019: A person whose job is only vaguely clear to me who nevertheless gets invited to stuff, and she GOES and she WEARS STUFF and people take her picture, and then we get to talk about her, and over time, we grow to look at her with huge, huge fondness and wish the best for her only. It’s a very slow-moving process, but as far as PR goes, it’s surprisingly solid. Also, Rita might be annoyed she didn’t get to wear this first.
