(a) Peyton List here IS wearing bottoms here; there are cut-offs lurking beneath the waves of this houndstooth coat.
(b) Said houndstooth coat IS very cute.
(c) It’s one million degrees so I’m not sure how this is working, but perhaps she’s just wearing a bikini top under there and it’s breezy. Who am I to judge? I’m just happy to see people Doing It Up out on these streets once more.
