This red carpet was at a fashion-centered event at The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Community Center on the first day of Pride and while I technically would ALWAYS think this outfit was totally entertaining and perfectly Monae-y, that certainly seems like an occasion where dressing like Cher Horowitz turned up to 11 would be extra appreciated. And it is — at least by me.
