Lucy Hale’s role on the new Katy Keene show on the CW is that of a fashion designer, so I imagine this is a fun opportunity for her stylists to sort of turn on the sartorial heat for her. She traditionally looks cute, but so far this press tour has been Extra Cute. It’s SOOTHING.
