Outer Banks comes to the canals! Well, sort of: Chase Stokes, of the Netflix treasure-hunting show, is dating Kelsea Ballerini and they both attended a Variety party at the festival. For a second I thought Kelsea was ALSO in that same Saint Laurent dress, but it’s a slightly different neckline and then of course hers isn’t cuffed to her wrists. But it’s samey enough that Saint Laurent feels awfully boring for it. We also have a lot more big gowns, and Caleb Landry Jones’s mustache, and a cowboy shirt so nice, a dude wore it twice.
