This feels like a plane movie to me, except it’s Netflix, and also I’m never on planes. So what am I to do? Sit on my couch and watch it?!? Can I do that without simulating airplane conditions? Maybe I’ll save it for my next sick day, when I am the ULTIMATE captive audience (this is how I started AND finished Outer Banks). The reviews say that it’s fine, goofy fun, and the fact that Jennifer Aniston keeps making movies with Adam Sandler tells me that he must be a pretty good dude and coworker. AND they had the wisdom to cast Jodie Turner-Smith, who will — unlike Sandler — never show up at your premiere in a hoodie and track pants. And the world is the cooler for it.
