Per Vogue, Jenny Packham tweaked this collection a lot because she kept changing her mind about what she wanted it to be. I get that. She is correct that the vibe of the world did not stay put, and accordingly, a mood board might not either. The result is at least pretty, although I’m confounded by the choice of model: blank, blond, white, and not doing much to elevate these. She transmits as your basic rich British lady who has her eyebrow guru on call and in her pandemic pod, which… yawn. Maybe once all the editing was done, she’s the only person who was available.
