I think it’s pretty obvious what’s happening here. Irina is part of a gang undertaking a massive art heist, and in wearing this, she is able to blend into the walls of the museum almost completely, rendering her essentially invisible on the security footage and enabling her to escape with the pieces before the alarm is triggered. But she needed coffee first, because she and the rest of the girls have been up all night figuring out the details. DUH.
