This headline is a minor exaggeration, as the vote in the post was not even close. But it amused me then, and still tickles me now, that Rita wore this as a dress and Chloe decided it was a shirt. Usually, when a celeb makes this decision, it goes the other way and it’s a very clear shirt that is masquerading as a micro-frock, so props to Chloe for turning the tables on that at least? I’d be lying if I said I particularly liked it either way, but it so clearly IS a dress, and looks way better that way than stretching it down over some unremarkable pants. You can see the quasi-vintage detailing better in Rita’s photo, also. Ya’all agreed then: An overwhelming 86 percent of you handed this to Rita. Will you do it again?
