Once it was capes, and now it’s hoods: Toward the end of the year, it felt like they popped up at every turn. Now, there’s some flexibility in what I’m calling a hood here — some sit lower on the back of the head, almost like a veil or a mantilla, or just… a wrap. But I think you’ll agree with the overall aesthetic sensibility being in the same general territory.
