In a very fun development, Halsey turned up to the VMAs in a Versace dress last won by Elizabeth Hurley (with Hugh Grant) to the opening of a Versace boutique, (She and Hugh were both extremely gorgeous in this period of time.) They look great in it; in fact, most of the people who opted for red last night pulled it off. What a nice surprise!
