Listen, I get it. Sometimes when you can’t find the sunshine, you have to make your own. Sometimes on the top of your head! (This sounds snarky but I honestly appreciate her commitment to the bit here; there is no way you put this outfit on without smiling at yourself in the mirror. It’s SO cheerful and a little bit silly; I salute. It also sort of feels like Hailey — who is in Paris at the moment — looked inside her closet and wondered, “What would Celine Dion wear?” and we need to be encouraging this from everyone!)
