The dress itself, I kind of like? Wishy-washy, I know. The fringey yellow idea is nice on her, but something about the lines at the top feels like this whole thing was inspired by a row of feather dusters hanging neatly out to dry in the sun, or perhaps the big round brush at the car wash that comes down and slaps your windshield clean.
