There may well have been PLENTY there that we just didn’t have in our subs, but the parties lacked the flash and sizzle we’ve seen before at the Super Bowl. Maybe it’s because the Rams don’t have a super traveling fan base yet — early reports were that Pats jerseys outnumbered them all weekend, but maybe that didn’t bear out? — or maybe it’s because the combination of Brady and Belichick and Maroon 5 was a non-starter for a lot of people.
