At the time, I called this “an admittedly perhaps somewhat questionable Gucci dress that might be better as cafe curtains I DON’T CARE DON’T EVEN START WITH ME THIS YEAR I AM SERIOUS” in the course of explaining that I love Emma Stone, even if I didn’t super love the frock. (If I thought I didn’t need to be started with in 2017! Oy vey.) However, as time has drained through the hourglass, so has my ambivalent take on this look: Five years later, I’ve decided I like it, full stop.
