Well, okay, there are a couple other contenders for Most Dramatic coming up, but Doja Cat did her level best to wrap up that title (albeit in some unfortunate beige tulle). Any time you commission some Schiaparelli spikes and custom nipple tents, you’re going to lead off a Billboards slideshow — in this case, one of the black outfits of the evening, which dominated the carpet more than any other. I suppose her nipples qualify her to be in metallics, but really, aren’t those discs more of an accessory? I vote yes.
