On one hand, I’m happy for Hudson and Connor that they were offered brand deals; as we’ve noted before, that kind of money and access can give them the financial security to be a lot choosier with their movie and TV projects. But on the other, the results of both partnerships have been very mixed. This is a drab, billowy bummer. Your marquee guy should not show up looking like you didn’t know he was coming and fished out something from the laundry bin. And it only gets worse from there.
