This is INCREDIBLY good on her and I kinda can’t believe I’m saying that about Rodarte. It’s basically exactly as it was on the runway, too — although she lost the belt, and styled her feet differently, both of which I think were wise choices on this occasion, even though I like those booties. It is objectively a bit bonkers; that explosion of ruffles on the bodice could easily make her look like the winning effort in a one of those bridal shower games where you use toilet paper to make a wedding dress. And yet somehow she manages to look perfectly crisp in it. Magical.
