Chrissy Teigen and David Chang — the restauranteur behind Momofuku — are doing a show called Chrissy and Dave Dine Out, where they invite celebrity friends to eat and drink with them. Well, and with comic/actor Joel Kim Booster, who joked that he’s “the personality hire,” but also that’s probably true and yet ALSO it seems so dismissive that his name isn’t in the title when he’s actually — for me anyway — the main reason to watch and he is dining out as much as the rest of them. Anyhoo, Chrissy has been promoting it in Sundance and New York in anticipation of today’s premiere. It’s on Freeform and then Hulu. Booster told Variety that some guests got pretty hammered on it, but also admitted that a lot of stuff didn’t make the cut, which Chrissy said is because they’re protective of their guests. Which is nice, and probably a way to get more people to agree to do it, but doesn’t that suck a bit of the fun out of it for us? Do it live, you cowards!
