As Usual, It Looks Like No One Had the Same Dress Code at the Variety Power of Women Event

This is one of the those events — and there are many — where I feel like the celeb and stylist look at their invite at the last minute and are like, “WAIT this isn’t formal?” or “HANG ON is this a LUNCHEON? It’s at 11am!”
