Okay, when I first saw this look, it was from a set of photos where it was not NEARLY so clear that she was on the beach, and that this is essentially a cover-up she’s popped on over a bikini — although plenty of people for sure wore dresses in public that were this short in 1968 — and truly I thought to myself, “someone please call Miley Cyrus, because she would LOVE THIS.”
