First of all, and of utmost importance: I need to hear from the people who rented the Phillie Phanatic-themed Airbnb. Did the Phanatic bring Gritty over for drinks before the game? Would he do a wake-up call if you asked? Just wondering! Otherwise, please join me in looking at these dudes in suits — many of whom I apparently cannot recognize if they’re not wearing a baseball cap — and their very cute families. As always: Go Dodgers! Also as always: Baseball is not the sport to look to for groundbreaking sartorial moments.
PS: I didn’t get red carpet pics of Shohei Ohtani (who I believe didn’t attend; he has a bad knee and a three-week old baby), Aaron Judge (who is also out with an injury), and Vladimir Guerrero Jr., who also seemingly didn’t attend although I don’t think he’s injured, Yordan Alvarez (who didn’t walk the red carpet for some reason even though I am watching him bat as I type this), or Ranger Suarez (also on the IL). I think I got everyone else!
