Welcome back to the annual GFY gift guide, which we hope is full of items you might like to give or get, or from which you might at least take a little inspiration. In addition to the gifts herein, we also always recommend giving memberships to your local museums, botanical gardens, or performing arts institutions to folks who might enjoy them! (A subscription to Drinks With Broads also makes a fine present, if you know someone who might enjoy it.) Charitable donations in someone’s name also make a wonderful gift; on that tip, a few weeks ago we collected some national and local (to many of you) ideas for supporting food banks and other organizations aimed specifically at helping families get through this season during a woeful economic chapter.
