Informative Caption calls this “British actress Vanessa Redgrave in matching knitted mini-skirt and hat,” but I call it “British actress Vanessa Redgrave in a cute ski sweater and a skirt that might technically be made of fishing net.” Having said that: This outfit has a real point of view, and I can actually imagine plenty of young actresses wearing it today and managing to pull it off. I’m envisioning it on Yara Shahidi (although she’s really not someone who’d wear a fishnet skirt), but I’m open to your suggestions, too.
