Sound that sale klaxon, because the big Sephora sale is open to everyone as of today. (I don’t like to post about it until we can all enjoy.) This is the first time in a long time that I have not made VIB level, which, let’s be honest, is likely for the best. Personally, as you all know, I like to use the sale as an excuse to restock stuff I know I’ll use or already like, or to pick up little gifty things. For example, I love this INNBEAUTY moisturizer and I like that you can just buy a refill for a fairly reasonable price. I also like their eye cream. Speaking of eye cream, the Biossance one is really good. Somehow, I didn’t even realize Sephora carried Biossance? They also have a good serum that doesn’t cost a total fortune. I really like this First Aid Beauty moisturizer for when I want something without too many bells and whistles — it’s also a good price. I will probably restock this body wash, since it does actually moisturize and I am dry. And I love this facial exfoliator! I’m also impressed by this MOTHERSCIENCE night cream.
I might also pick up some hair stuff; I like this little Ceremonia gel tube for flyaways, and I actually have been using (very sparingly) their regular gel lately as well. Usually in combo with this Chris McMillian blow-out spray, which I LOVE, and the scent is so good. I’m almost out of the bumble & bumble thickening spray — which is still one of the best. (Speaking of smells, their surf spray is also a classic for a reason.) The Roz root spray is also really good, and I recommend the Crown hair towel.
And, of course, it is always time to stock up on sunscreen. The Supergoop! Unseen is my own holy grail but I also like their sunscreen mist. I also need to refill my concealer and I just noticed that Soft Services has a new scent in their exfoliating body bar, which I’m obsessed with. A gift for me!
