I always like hearing about what weird tiny things have made your lives better, or easier — like, say, this doohickey that really lets you fill up a bathtub — and I suspect that the pandemic has only brought more weird useful things into our lives. For example, I am now a person who owns a (sort of chic) Lucite thingie that I use to push buttons on elevators and ATM pads so I don’t get people’s gross finger germs on my own hands. I am now also a person who has a little portable air purifier, and, finally, also a person who has a funky chain on her reading glasses because she got sick of muttering, “where did I put my glasses” approximately 600 times a day. (It can also hold your mask, because that’s the world we live in!) Who are you?
