I was at the gym today — where else? — when this topic occured to me. We’ve definitely discussed this before, but it felt time to revisit the topic. I am definitely not doing anything insane — I really only go three times a week, and then sometimes my husband and I climb stairs in our area — but I want to be strong and nimble as I age, so it’s a mix of cardio and weights (like anyone else, I assume). I feel like what I really want to work on is my agility but I’m not sure how best to go about that and would love suggestions! What are you doing? (I know from Evil Witches that everyone is lifting weights.)

Also, please feel free to shout out any athletic gear that you are currently loving. I know I’ve mentioned before that the Third Love Thermoregulating stuff — which I always want to call Thermonuclear Regulating, a BIG ASK for leggings — is good but I STILL believe it to be good. (We also have a 10% off code there that still works: HEATHERJESSICA10) It’s a tiny detail, but I really like how tiny the hem is at the bottom of their leggings. Is that a weird thing to like? Probably.
