As we move into autumn — whee! I’m so ready to transition into my fall wardrobe — my fancy turns to…stews. Also roasts. Also soups. Possibly casseroles? All those dinners that I didn’t want to turn on the stove to cook this summer, or which felt too hot to put into my body. Southern California is currently stillĀ quite warm, but I’m ready to cook for the weather I want. So bring us your number one favorite slow cooker/pressure cooker recipes! Autumnal in vibe, not autumnal in Making My Kitchen Warm. I’ll go first: This Melissa Clark beef bourguignon recipe isĀ killer, and way easier than, say, Julia Child’s (I’M SORRY, JULIA). (I know they stopped making the Instant Pot, but if you have a pressure cooker — I love mine — Clark’s cookbook is great.)
