Sometimes when I say this, I am being sarcastic, or intentionally obtuse.
But this time I SERIOUSLY NEED someone to explain to me what this is. Is the collar attached to the jumpsuit, and she chose to shimmy the blazer underneath it? Is the collar ATTACHED to the blazer, and hook at the back like a necklace? Is it just a free-floating collar that she pops on, as the whim may take her? WHAT IS THIS?
