The head? Exquisite. The bracelets? Perfect. The cape, on its own? Like Barbie meet Baby Phat, but in a way that makes me laugh. Mix it up with the dotty, photonegative, prairie-hem caftan underneath it, though, and suddenly she looks like The Florence Welch Psychic Hotline for H&M Collection. I am not sure even her magnificent essence can turn the tide.
