I don’t know what’s more startling to me: that this is Ralph Lauren, or that it’s on Kerry Washington, or that it’s Ralph Lauren on Kerry Washington at the National Book Awards. I would not have called her as a fringe pants person and that is SUPER not a fringe pants event, in my mind?!? Imagine ‘em lined and she looks INCREDIBLE. As it is, she looks… more like a time-traveler, and I can’t even tell if she’s going forward or backward or sideways from a wilder party.
