For background, we talked last year about Tory Burch revamping her company, and I feel like… I still can’t totally tell what she’s reaching for, and maybe that’s partly the point. Maybe rather than a cohesive fall vision she’s just turning out stuff she hopes people will want to buy, even if each piece is not always in conversation with the others. Sometimes I think this is what Coach should be sticking closer to, and sometimes I feel like she’s cosplaying bits and bobs from other lines.
