Okay, yeah, no. So…logistically speaking, what is happening here is that the bottom section of this skirt is attached to the top section with fringe, even though fringe is specifically designed to be a detail that swings fancy free and unencumbered. Emotionally speaking, it is dumb. And, in action, it looks like she’s fighting to speed-walk through some sassy vertical blinds. DON’T DO THAT.
