Designer Christian Cowan did his Fall 2019 runway show in February, but I guess had this Powerpuff Girls collection brewing with Cartoon Network, too, to tie into the show’s 20th anniversary and Women’s Day… and… empowerment, supposedly? THR says it benefits “the non-profit She’s The First to fight gender inequality,” which is great, but I can’t find anyplace that it’s on sale, or any indication when that will happen. It SHOULD be at Target, right? But it’s not. So, I don’t know.
What’s more, the pieces the celebs wore to the show are from Cowan’s FW 2019 line, and not this one — with the obvious exception of Paris Hilton, who walked in the show (wearing a different outfit) and never met an over-the-top concept she didn’t embrace. So… if you want your MoJo JoJo inspired outfit, I don’t know when that will happen or how that fine charity will benefit. Life is confusing.
