Priyanka is in what I would usually consider perilous territory here. Often, dresses with folds like this end up looking bunched or wrinkled, but hers is crisply executed enough that they really do just look like… folds. Actual decorative ones. I do wonder if this could or should have been shorter, like anywhere from just above to below the knee. We could use a cute shoe to break it all up; instead, it goes on too long, much like this post.
