This film is not getting good reviews, although no one seems to think the acting is the problem and I saw an article wherein Sandra Bullock implied it has put her off dramas for…ever? (Viola Davis is in the movie but skipped the premiere; she’s filming several projects right now, though, and may have just had a scheduling conflict. I miss your reliably elegant looks, Viola!) It was in development for ten years, and sometimes things just deflate over time. But be that as it may, we still got some very interesting sartorial choices at its premiere.
