I’ve heard Oprah is very good as the lead in this HBO movie, which is based on the book The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. But I’m also just pleased that it’s giving her a reason to go places in snappy glasses, so that I don’t have to rely on Weight Watchers commercials to get my fix. Dylan wandered in the other day when one of them came on, and he looked puzzled and then said, “Why is that woman eating in the woods?” Good question, although if it would help me eat fewer chips, I’d try it.
