So, apparently, I confused Peaky Blinders with Poldark — not in terms of content; they’re both British shows people love but that I don’t watch, and which start with P, and there is only so much my brain can hold. Anyway, that means I kept waiting for Aidan Turner to show up and then it turns out that’s Poldark, and this one is Cillian Murphy… who didn’t show up EITHER. (Oh, and in case you too didn’t know, the Wikipedia page for the actual Peaky Blinders gang has some origin theories about what the name means. I… should not have read one of them.)
