This event was described in the caption as a premiere party for The Curse… a show that has been on the air since right after the strike ended, was represented at the Globes by nominee Emma Stone, and whose finale airs on the 17th. So… that must mean this was actually a finale party, right? And just a last-ditch chance to get it some press before it goes off the air? Must be. Anyway, that’s Nathen Fielder with Emma; he’s her co-star and the co-creator, and the show sounds like it’s about as weird as something you might expect from him. (Is it worth me boosting my Paramount Plus sub with a month of Showtime, so I can binge? FEEDBACK WELCOME.) Anyhoo, Emma here seems to be doing very wispy dresses at the moment. She honestly looks more like she’s at the premiere of her return to the theater, this time for Chicago, in which she plays one of the merry murderesses at the very least. That would be a better choice for her than Cabaret, so maybe she’ll consider it. Jessica was JUST asking for a version that stars Da’Vine Joy Randolph, so maybe we can put a cast together. Hey, Jeremy Allen White, can you dance?
