We covered the folks who got to wear Gucci to LACMA’s annual Art+Film Gala in the first post of the day, and as ever, I wonder who makes the call as to who gets to wear the sponsoring label and who doesn’t get a piece pulled for them — or if someone like Quinta Brunson, who SURELY would have been given a Gucci if she wanted one (I HOPE!?!?) sometimes is like, “ooh, you know what? I’m going to go my own way.” In other words: LACMA Art+Film Gala red carpet logistics oral history when?!?!
