As regular readers know, we started covering Amanda and Ashley — hosts of a British morning radio show and general low-level celebs in the UK — at the start of the pandemic, because they were some of the only people actually leaving their homes in interesting clothing and being photographed. I have obviously come to cherish them for helping keep me afloat! But also it’s been very interesting to watch as the blurry London street behind them have started to slowly return to a sense of normalcy. This week, in fact, someone is open again because their Union Jack bunting has been hung. People are wandering the background a bit more. It’s a treat. Also this week: Ill-advised butt pockets.
