Where IS Lady Gaga? She released that one song with Ariana Grande, but otherwise, she’s been fairly M.I.A. during the pandemic. That’s not unusual, obviously, but there was a time when she was leaving the house every single day in seven-inch platforms and a themed carousel of outfits. Back in 2010, she hobbled toward her car dressed as a cross between Gary Oldman’s Dracula, and a consumptive recluse who is only seeing the light of day because they ran out of leeches so doctor prescribed a dip in some healing waters. Sigh. It’s WEIRD to go months without thinking to myself, “WHERE did Lady Gaga find a store that sells THAT?” Add that to my list of things I hope 2021 will deliver.
