Selena Gomez has been dropping singles about her breakup with Justin Bieber lo those many years ago. The only one I’ve heard is “Lose You To Love Me,” because it’s running in an ad for Apple right now; I gather she shot the video on an iPhone. Anyway, it’s fine, if also fairly damning of The Biebs, and very conveniently timed to his marriage to the woman he proposed to like an hour after he and Selena last dated. You kids and your romantical drama! I love a good confessional and even a little revenge crooning, but what I keep coming back to is that I’m not sure I’d want to remind people over and over again that I was ever with that dude in the first place. Still! It’s what the Twitters want, I guess.
