Rose capped her press day yesterday with a Times Talk, for which she wore this Monse outfit. Mercifully, her stylist got her standing up in it before she hit the stage so we could ogle the entire thing:

I do realize that anyone can use plaid, and anyone can make something strapless, but… between the fabric and the very particular bodice shape and style, I would have guessed Vivienne Westwood. To the point where I hope the Monseters sent her a thank-you note, or at least a very nice basket from Harrods.
