Rihanna recently became the first black woman to launch a Parisian fashion house, which she’s doing with LVMH (the conglomerate that owns Louis Vuitton, Dior, Givenchy, Bulgari, Veuve Cliquot, and Sephora, among many others). Per that article, they’ve given her a lot of creative freedom, and I love that she therefore showed up at the pop-up opening as if she’s not just there to work, but actually about to conduct some serious makeup science on your face — which, for the record, I would let her do, because her Fenty Beauty is supposedly great and Rihanna’s head always looks fabulous. I hope that blazer dress is not part of her collection, though, because it looks like someone crossed the nurse from Ferris Bueller with a puffer vest.
THIS at least feels more like something I actually believe Rihanna wants to make, and wear.
